Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer expectations and needs & develop quality processes to meet the customer requirements.

  • Sample inspection & approval of new part / new supplier development.
  • Performance monitoring & control of external providers (suppliers)
  • Ensuring products are manufactured with adherence to standards & customer requirements.
  • Maintain, Improve & reform the ISO Standards among the organization.
  • Handling & resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintaining & Calibration measuring instruments, and testing setup.
  • Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in existing & new development projects.
  • To develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department goals.
  • Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functional, performance and automation.
  • Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
  • Ensuring that the quality team adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide executive assistance to the CEO including calendar management, scheduling meetings, answering voicemail/email correspondence, drafting responses, reports, management of agendas and taking minutes at meetings etc.
  • Assist the CEO and management team with the development and review of policies, procedures, and other governance-related documentation to ensure appropriate governance controls.

  • Manage communication between the management team and employees on various projects and tasks.

About you:
