Supervisory Board
EKKI’s Supervisory Board is responsible for monitoring the Management and approving important corporate decisions. It also guides and supervises the Members of the Management Board.
Management Board
The Management Board of EKKI, is responsible for the day to day management of EKKI’s business. Together with the shareholder and the supervisory board, the management board is one of the three statutory organs of our EKKI group. The Management Board is responsible for managing the company.
Shareholder / Ownership
EKKI is an independent family-owned business, fully owned by the Arumugam family.
